Shipping and Returns

All of our clothing is custom designed and made to order in-house by myself. If colour is not chosen on hoodies, it will be sent in black with white print. If sticker colour is not specified, it will be sent in white. Stickers have no background.

Due to our large range of different designs and options, we make each hoodie as an order comes in. We aim to get hoodies and tshirts and kids clothing made and shipped within a week but sometimes it may take up to 2 weeks depending on how busy we are and the stock available. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment provider.

Also, due to some designs being less popular than others with the possibility that it may not be ordered again, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if sizing or colour was wrongly chosen by customer. Please make sure you are ordering the right size and have chosen the right colour before completing your purchase. Please contact us first if there are any issues and we may be able to help. Please do not send the item back for exchange without contacting us first! 

Where do we deliver?

WOICS operates a weekday delivery service throughout the UK and Ireland, most of Europe, United States and Australia.
Tracked Shipping is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm.
There is no Saturday & Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery.

We use An Post exclusively for all our deliveries.

Is there a charge for delivery?

All fees in respect of shipping and handling will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment will be deducted together with the price of the product.
Delivery to anywhere in Ireland/NI costs €9.50 for all items no matter how many products you purchase, delivery to UK mainland costs €15 for all items.
